## How Cash on Delivery works

1. **Order in a minute.** Name, mobile number, address. No account needed, no card.
2. **The courier calls ahead.** Usually within 3–5 working days, anywhere in Pakistan.
3. **Pay in cash at the door.** Hand the rider the amount in cash, then open your parcel.

## How does Cash on Delivery work?

Checkout asks for four things: your name, mobile number, address and city. No card, and an account is optional. We call to confirm your order, and you can track it any time with your order number and mobile number. The courier calls before arriving, you pay the rider in cash, and then you open your parcel. If anything is wrong with your order, email us at hello@musaaq.com.

## Can I open the parcel before paying?

No. The rider is paid in cash first, then you open and check your parcel. If something isn’t right, email hello@musaaq.com with your order number.

## How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more, and a flat Rs 250 below that. Your bag shows exactly how far you are from free delivery. Orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days, in every city.

## Can I exchange or return a piece?

Exchanges and returns aren’t offered at the moment. If there’s a problem with your order, email hello@musaaq.com with your order number.

## How do your sizes work?

Pret, co-ords and formals are sized by garment measurements (chest, waist, hip and length). Abayas are sold by length, so choose the one that matches your height. ## Are the Good Finds real markdowns?

Yes. The struck-through price is what the piece sold for last season, and the percentage is worked out from it. We don’t use countdown timers, “only 2 left” warnings or inflated “was” prices.
