## Buying from Musaaq

- **Payment:** Cash on Delivery only — nothing is paid online. The courier calls ahead; you pay the rider in cash, then open and check the parcel. If anything is wrong with the order, email hello@musaaq.com.
- **Delivery:** anywhere in Pakistan, usually in 3–5 working days. Free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more; a flat Rs 250 below that.
- **Exchanges and returns:** not offered at the moment. If there’s a problem with an order, email hello@musaaq.com with the order number.
- **Prices:** in Pakistani rupees (PKR). A struck-through price is what the piece actually sold for; no countdowns or “only 2 left” claims.
- **Ordering:** add pieces to the bag on [the website](https://www.musaaq.com/products); checkout asks for name, mobile number, address and city. No account or card needed; Musaaq calls to confirm the order.
