Orders and prices

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any delivery charge shown at checkout.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we can’t confirm the order with you. You won’t be charged for a cancelled order.
• Colours can look slightly different on screens, and handmade details vary a little from piece to piece.

Payment and confirmation

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery unless we agree otherwise. After you order we may ask you to confirm on WhatsApp or by phone. We hold the order until it’s confirmed. If we can’t reach you, we may cancel it.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates. Please give a correct address and a number we can reach. Check the parcel when it arrives, and tell us within 48 hours if something is wrong or missing.

Returns and problems

Exchanges and returns aren’t offered at the moment. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email hello@musaaq.com or WhatsApp 0311 2420567 with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right. This doesn’t affect your rights under Pakistani consumer law.

WhatsApp messages

• We use WhatsApp for order confirmations, delivery updates and answering your questions.
• Some replies are written by an automated assistant. A person checks anything it isn’t sure of, and you can ask for a person at any time. If an automated reply gets a price, stock or delivery detail wrong, the order confirmation and checkout are what count.
• Offers and new arrivals are only sent if you agreed. Reply STOP to end them.
• Please don’t send anything abusive, unlawful or unrelated to shopping with us. We may stop replying to chats that do.

Accounts and comments

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Comments must be about the pieces and respectful. We may remove any comment or close an account that misuses the shop.

Our content

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to us or the people credited, and can’t be reused without permission.

Liability

We take care to run the shop properly, but we aren’t liable for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee or that are outside our control, such as courier or network delays. Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow that limit.

Privacy, changes and law

How we handle your information is in our privacy policy. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
